SERVINGS:4  |  PREP TIME: 20 Minutes CHILL TIME: 30 Minutes  INGREDIENTS   3     cups corkscrew-shaped pasta (rotini), cooked and drained  2     cans (4.5 oz. each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk         Chicken Breast in water, drained  1     small cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and sliced  1     medium tomato, chopped (about ½ cup)  ½    cup frozen peas, thawed  ¾    cup fat-free Italian salad dressing or reduced fat creamy        Italian salad dressing    DIRECTIONS   Place the pasta, chicken, cucumber, tomato and peas in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat. Cover and  refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Olive Garden Update

I review everything, but I also have to give people credit when it is due. Olive Garden emailed me back, apologized and said they are sending me a gift card. They also told me because of my email to them, they will be doing some retraining, so this doesn't happen to anybody else. I am surprised, but it is good to know that some companies still care about their customers.
