Honey-Maple Granola From Blendtec

Whether for breakfast or a midday snack, this granola will hit the spot.

Ingredients

134   c 
rolled oats
14   c 
whole wheat flour
14   c 
honey, heated
1   tsp 
vanilla extract
14   tsp 
maple extract
1   tbsp 
water or canola oil
14   c 
chopped nuts, optional
1   tsp 
ground flaxseed
1   tsp 
lemon zest, grated, optional
14   c 
shredded coconut, optional
1   tsp 
ground sunflower seeds, optional
2   tbsp 
apple juice concentrate
1   c 
raisins or chop

INSTRUCTIONS

Add oats and flour to WildSide jar and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 2–3 times. Add apple juice concentrate, honey, vanilla extract, maple extract, and water or oil. Add any desired optional items except raisins or dates, and pulse 2–3 times. Spread mixture on baking sheets.
Bake for 2 hours at 150°F, stirring every ½ hour. Add raisins or dates, if desired, after baking.
